Just another company with bad customer service and a tech no show

In searching for the name Jason Carpentier we found your ticket and we had contacted you for a credit card (company policy) before we came to your home. No one contacted our office with the information needed to run your service call. We contacted you on 05/08/2017 and requested the information by 05/10/2017 you then canceled the call on 05/11/2017
Worst experience ..... Warranty company sent D&S to service my microwave back in Feb. Tech had to come back three time ... once to replace door and then after shearing off the screw then again to order and get the "special screw". Mind you the issue was the control panel but opted to replace entire door. Fast forward to Nov. Control panel dies again. New Tech says door need to be replaced then report that it was due to consumer abuse (claim was denied) when it actually was the incompetent first repair. Customer Service was h... read more
Lowes scheduled the appointment for me to repair a Whirlpool dryer purchased one year ago. Amy came out to do the repair and I am so glad she did! I've had negative experiences with other repair companies but thankfully not this time. Amy arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it within half an hour. She was both polite and professional. I will definitely use them again.
Excellent and prompt service even with all the snow. Nate came out on time and diagnosed the problem right away friendly and answered all our questions customer service was great in keeping me in the loop when a part got delayed I couldn't ask for better service thank you so much
Great service from this company, they were here on time, fixed our washer and were done very quickly.
OK Service..8am-Noon window just barely met...11:40am arrival. I was asked ahead of time if I wanted a phone call when Technician was on his way but never got that call. Technician got lost as most people do (This is why I requested the phone call). In the end, D&S did what was agreed upon but I can't feel good about paying $159 for a 30 minute visit when I eventually decided I didn't want to pay an additional $265 for repairs...
