They were quick to respond and do the job. It was no major work done but the guy was helpful when I had additional questions.
He was very through and gave me piece of mind that it was safe to use the fireplace at a time of the October storm. I have a sick dog and did not want to put him in a boarding facility. He is also doing repairs to the chimney, which I was told was not used in 30 years.
Excellent job. On time, pleasant. The whole job took less than an hour, and was very cleanly done. No dust or soot in the room. He recommended a cleaning schedule based on our usage, and offered other helpful advice.
