Negative stars, but I didnt have the choice. He said he would clean our chimney and wood stove insert. His vaccum sucked up a brick from our insert (so he said) but there was no way his vaccum sucked up the baffle blanket behind the bricks (insulation). My husband ended up cleaning the stove himself. He charges one price for cash a higher price for a check. It cost us $83 to replace the insulation. Stay away

They did a great job cleaning and inspecting chimney.We gave asked them to estimate more extensive repair work and will definitely use them if the price is right. Recommend them highly. Okay. They gave us a good price on rebuilding our chimney and did an excellent job. The firm's owner, Damon Rich, is personable and professional and a pleasure to work with. We will have them back yearly to clean and inspect our chimney.
