Very professional
Mr. Rich communicated with me quickly after my need arose and was easily available to me through texts. He came and did the work even though there was a slush/ snow mixture falling that was making everything difficult. He was very careful to make sure my home didn't get soot all over, as i have had happen with other chimney cleaners. He was prompt, on time, professional and very courteous. And on top of all the, he had the lowest price of any of the contractors who contacted me through Home Advisor.
I had different work done for repairs and re-building with stone and brick, as well as the chimney cleaned. The guys did an excellent job, worked hard, were prompt, thorough, and courteous, and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommended!
Easy to work with, they communicate if there is an issue with the time and date established IE Rain/ can't come/ water proofing won't work. Excellent work and followup.

Rich Stone work really cares about their job and the owner comes around to make sure that a good job is done and advice you as such with recommendations etc. if a job is not well done he would do it himself for free. I have had them for 5 years now and i recommend you keep them on your list as i have them put me down for future services.
Cleaned and inspected chimney in a reasonable time frame. Gave good advice on scheduling future cleaning. Did not suggest unneeded work or repairs. Would use again.
