I would give negative stars if it were possible! Debra and Frank sold us a 2011 Chevy traverse, in March, 2 months later Cam shaft and timing chain goes out. They refused to do anything to fix any of it and tried to put us in another vehicle that had been wrecked and needed a 1500 part! Said there was nothing they would do,would not take anything off for even the part, much less fix that they sold me a bad car. Jordan did a nice job for us to get my son into another vehicle yesterday. Very personal service that felt genuine and not transparently "salesman" that you get at many dealers. He took the time and listened and gave us recommendations between multiple vehicles. Thanks.
We bought two used vehicles on a Saturday morning. Later that same day, the transmission went out on one of them. (That’s $3000.) Five days later, the transmission started acting up on the second one. Our salesman felt horrible. Unfortunately, the general manager, Tony Ricketts, didn’t feel the same. He simply didn’t care. Rosemary O’Daniel was my mentor and friend. She’s the reason I wanted to support this company. But I’ll never step foot on any of their lots again. Never.

Would be a negative if I could! They sold us a lemon used car and are not trying to fix it even after Sales Manager said he’d even be livid (I won’t use his exact words) if it had happened to him. The vehicle is going to take at least a couple $1000 to fix it to where it can be driven safely by my daughter. We were told it just needed a “tune-up”. Mechanic told me to take it back and RUN! But, of course, they can’t “take it back”. Buyer beware!
