D and M were hired by my home warranty company to repair my garage door remote. When I spoke to Don prior to coming out I told him I would have to bang thr remote to get the door to open. Don fixed the remote but he also adjusted the chain tension cord on the opener making it too tight. After opening and closing my garage door 4 time the chain tension popped causing my spring to break. Don made matters worst and shoul not have even been working on the opener. New what they were talking about.
Idk what is going on. We’ve always had Don do work on our door .. We started in June leaving messages for D&M to call us. After several messages over time, I happened to get Don on the phone. He was on his way to Plainfield to pick up garage doors. He took my info and stated he would call me back later that week to schedule an appt. After 2 weeks, I called again and left message. I then texted my info to his phone. He has never called back ———
