Took over an hour came in a truck that didn't even have their name on it. The truck was so old holes in the flat bed rusty winch started slipping pulling my car on. The ride home in the truck was like riding an oval. So shakey I felt sick. I don't think they know what professionalism or a good image is.

I m fairly certain at this point that this establishment doesn t know the meaning of the words customer service . Woman was rude, interrupted me at every pass, accused me of stealing when I followed directives of another employee and instead of conversing with this other employee this establishment threatened to press charges against me. She told me the price would be $80 then all of a sudden the price was $125 with no warning. I honestly think this woman thought that she was on Jerry Springer rather than speaking with a pay... read more
