Worst experience. I went there for my baby shower nails. She didn’t even asked me to clean mu hands… and started applying oil on dirty hands. Neother the footprints were done well. She was erasing it several times which is acceptable. But even after that she didn’t do it properly . I have even attached the reference picture showed to her.

I’ve been coming to this mall salon for years, and they’ve never disappointed me! I visit twice a month for my refills, and every time, the quality is top-notch. I work closely with my nail technician, Danny, to bring my design ideas to life, and he always exceeds my expectations. The prices are amazing for the quality and creativity I get here. The service, attention to detail, and value are unmatched—I always leave feeling thrilled with my nails!
I do not recommend D & K Spa Nail Salon. I went in for a manicure and a shellac polish change on my toes, and the experience was extremely disappointing. First, the shellac polish on my toes started peeling off in less than 12 hours. I had shown the nail technician, Tracy, a simple bio gel design I wanted. I even asked her twice if she could do it, and both times she confidently said yes. However, what I ended up with looked nothing like the photo I showed her.
