I've been coming here for a couple years, usually just getting whomever is available and its been decent each time, with the exception of 1 crooked nail once.. (my mistake for not noticing sooner). But today, Ivy set the bar high. Her attention to detail, gentle touch made this the best set I've ever gotten from here. Informative, friendly and she did an amazing job on my first bio-gel overlay. Very satisfied with her service.. finally found a tech I want to return to!
Had a bad experience with them. Went in for a regular manicure The stylist wasn't careful with removing my cuticle and damaged my skin.
I have been here twice, 1st time was in Sept 2025 for a pedicure preformed by Vie, when I refused to get Shellac he seemed very annoyed and ended up cutting either the skin or nails poorly on my big toe and it hurt for over a week. Second time was Thursday for a pedicure and a set of Nails. Do not know the name of the guy that did my pedicure but I did agree to shellac because of what I wanted and I'm leaving for vacation the next day. He missed some of my nail when painting. REPLY AT THE BOTTOM. I came to this place hoping to have a good experience and because i wanted to take a day for myself, HORRIBLE idea. I called them before my appointment, asked how much my nails were gonna be (medium almond french tip), they said 65, ended up paying 100 for the ugliest nails i’ve ever seen. i will attach a picture of what i asked for vs what i got. + they don’t know how to do french tip, all of mine are crooked. place is dirty as well. I will never come here again. They did something completely different from what I asked. Despite me saying I wouldn’t like it over and over, they made no changes. It was a terrible experience.”
