D and D did our heat and ac for our new house. We have had problems since we moved in on day one two years ago. There were 8 degree differences in two places in our house across a hallway from each other. They forgot to turn on something with our gas/heat and wouldn’t come out for a week to turn on something they forgot to do. Our windows stayed constantly fogged in two larger rooms. I have never had a more rude service person come to my home or work place before the male from here who just came to give an estimate on fixing an a/c unit! He said things like “always waiting on a woman” when we were trying to find the unit (there are several) and other misogynistic comments… I had to walk away and let others deal with him because he was so not the least bit trying to find the problem… He didn’t even try to look for the units or what could be the problem.
