I have never had such a great experience with an auto shop or anything like it. Kirsten was truly a gem to meet and communicate with. She made sure i was kept aware of everything throughout the process. She made sure the job was done correct. The team that does the hands on stuff was also phenomenal. Doug was so nice! He got us in on the same day on a Saturday and got our car fixed up in an hour! His price was so reasonable and he really saved the day for us! We were so grateful for his help!
