Eric seems great, who is the service adviser. They can improve by hiring more ethical and competent technicians. Yesterday I averted an additional $1,500 (after already spending $700) by diagnosing and repairing my truck myself. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. I took my 2006 FX4 F150 in for major coolant leak last week. Over the phone was told it was the radiator that need replacing. D & D has amazing service. I was in an accident and needed alot of work done. Figured it would take at least a few days for all the repairs. It was done same day! Whether its an oil change or a major repair they always get the job done fast and right!

literally blown away by their honesty and customer service! they greeted me, offered me a soft drink while I waited and finished the job in a quarter of the time the dealership quoted me at less than a quarter of the price. their customer service and timelessness definitely sets them apart from any other automotive maintenance business in Tucson!
