Eric seems great, who is the service adviser. They can improve by hiring more ethical and competent technicians. Yesterday I averted an additional $1,500 (after already spending $700) by diagnosing and repairing my truck myself. I have been taking my vehicles there for years. I took my 2006 FX4 F150 in for major coolant leak last week. Over the phone was told it was the radiator that need replacing.
