I have been to multiple gyms in Bendigo and around Australia and this is a quality great gym it offers personal space in an open functional area, not over populated with limited distractions. Highly recommend!

Not much variety for equipment
I've been going here for almost 12 months & I highly recommend! Being able to go to a gym that is accessible 24/7 is an absolute game changer, making it super convenient to fit workouts into my schedule without any hassles. The instructors are very warm & welcoming! They're always making sure you're getting the most out of your workout. Their wide range of classes are suited for all ages and abilities. Such a great location!
