Super bad customer service, she didn’t listen to instructions of my bfs hair, she did whatever she wanted and did it wrong than he asked her to fix it and she over charged him for it, bitching about her car insurance like if it was our business, this took AN HOUR! And still cut him and overcharged, and the hair cut it’s not even!!!
