This place is terrible… way over priced.. they are only there to make money nothing else. Customer service is terrible. We bought 3 trees around 1.5 Yrs ago and the 2 …30 gal $800 worth Eagleston Hollys are now dead… first picture is when the first started giving us trouble and the most recent pictures… we followed both the planting and watering instructions to a tee and we are now out $800… something they could care less about…DO NOT BUY FROM HERE…SAVE YOUR MONEY!
Jesse is absolutely incredible and we can not recommend her enough! We had a very complicated project and it was a complete overhaul of our backyard. We hired D&B to remove the stump from our tree that had been removed and to plant a new 12 - 14' Lacey Oak. We paid $400 for the stump removal. You can see from the photos they still didn't remove all of the stump. I can't mow over this area because of the large chunks of remaining stump. I paid $1650 for the tree. They planted it crooked. Bought a beautiful Palo Verde that didn't make it through the first winter. I contacted D and B regarding the warranty that was part of the contract. They said I was in line for a replacement then conveniently stopped returning my phone calls. $1000 down the drain. I do not recommend.
