I drop off my car saying I have a transmission failure. You guys charge me $75 for a diagnostic check. After you do a diagnostic check, all you say is there is a transmission failure and tell me to go to Quality transmission because they can rebuild it quicker than you could. After I have it towed to them they charge me $37 for a diagnostic check and tell me they don't rebuild 4 cylinders for my car. You guys ripped me off. You didn't tell me anything except what I told you....then transfer me to a place that would charge me... read more
