RecommendedAllowed me to pull in with no notice and had me diagnosed, quoted, and new brackets and struts put on same day. Also followed up a couple days later to make sure I was satisfied. Great experience, would recommend!
i live an hour and a half away from here. i had my van towed there, where it sat for 3 days. i get a call from them saying they need to remove the doghouse. they wanted to charge an hour and a half labor on someting i can do in 30 seconds. now they are holding my vehicle hostage for $38. please do notvuse these thievs for your auto repair wor. Terry,s auto service is close by and are not crooks

I'm sorry that you feel that we should not be paid for diagnostic time that you approved for. We are charging you only $38.50 for diagnostic for over an hour of time that my technician spent on your van. Now there is additional time to remove and replace the doghouse after diagnostic and check fuel pump pressures and sensors.

We could not be happier with the service on our vehicle. Quoted cost and stuck by quote, did extra work on it with no charge even. Kind, quick, and have a new loyal customer. Its hard to find honest hard working people in business now days. These people are great.
