RecommendedI have been to many mechanics in the midland and the tri cities over the last 20 years. D and J is the best yet. Dan and crew are very knowledgeable and they do great work. In addition they seem almost as Intereted as I am in keeping the costs down! For example I have a car that had steering issues. As usual I brought it to D and J. Initially D and J thought needed a new steering rack- a big (and costly job). The car has been good to us so I told them to go ahead with job. I was have issues with my car, loss of power, and it has not shifting gears. Went to D and J Auto and was met by a very friendly staff. Started almost immediately to try and find out the problem. Once the problem was found, quoted me an estimate. Dropped the vehicle off for repairs, received it back the same day. Car is running just fine. ThankYou to Daniel and his staff.
The Greenwoods fo great work here and know what they are doing. Been Helping me with my Jeep for a while now.
Highly recommend this team. twice I've had to get my car in for immediate fixes. Both times they've had it done within hours. Even went above the quoted cost without trying to charge me more. I'm very happy with the work they've done and I will continue to have my vehicles serviced here. Thanks Dan for your amazing help!
Poor customer service. Called because there was a coupon in the paper, obviously they are trying to entice new customers, and they gave me the runaround on the phone. They told me it would be more money for vehicles with pet hair. Fine, understandable. Then they told me they do pick up and drop offs in Midland but then instantly took it back and said they won’t go more than 1 mile out of their way once they found out I was 5 miles away because I would be “across town” and they would be losing money. They do a great job and care about their customers. If you need any repair work I would recommend them.
We have had several vehicles repaired at D and J and have been happy each time. The most recent we had the car diagnosed and fixed in the same day. We would definitely recommend D and J.
