Our 30 year old heating and air conditioning system need to be replaced. AC no longer works. I called three different companies for estimates. Two of them came out, gave us options, recommendations for upgrades and the estimates on the spot. The guy from Czapp and Griffith was late for the appointment, wrote down numbers from the existing system, said he would email me an estimate in a week or so and within five minutes was gone. They recently installed a gas furnace for us. Excellent service and installation and the price very reasonable.The guys were pleasant and courteous as always. My wife and I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks guys!
We've used them numerous times for various things. We've always had great service and the guys have been professional. Shout out to Ron-thanks for all your service help with our AC unit. We will continue to use Czapp & Griffith and we highly recommend this company.
Called first thing this morning because our a/c was not working. Donna was so pleasant and helpful on the phone, and we had someone at our house less than 30 minutes later! Paul was quick and efficient, found and fixed the problem quickly and 45 minutes after he arrived our a/c was working again. Thank you!!! I will happily recommend you to others!
