I brought two rugs in for much needed attention… an oriental rug to be cleaned, and a Navaho rug in dire need of repair, as it was torn and edges were unraveling. I knew they were being left in the most capable of hands. Patty and Bahram Cyrus are wonderful and welcoming. Their devotion and passion to their art is obvious. Excellent cleaning results on 2 very old Karastan rugs. Cleaned and repaired a badly damaged old Navajo rug. Service was excellent!
