“I had a very poor experience with this mechanic. After bringing my car in for a simple issue, I was told there were several other ‘urgent’ problems that needed fixing. I got a second opinion, and it turned out those problems didn’t exist. This feels dishonest and makes me question the integrity of the business. I won’t be returning and don’t recommend them if you’re looking for a trustworthy mechanic.”
It was honestly such a wonderful experience. I had been to many mechanics before and never have I felt as comfortable and as trusting as I did at Cyril Motor Mechanics. I did not feel lost, as if I wasn’t sure as to what they were doing to my car, but instead, they kept me in the loop, helping me to understand what I needed to do to maintain this beautiful service. Best mechanic ever … not only technical knowledge but very hospitable too…
Professional and take their time to do a thorough job with your car. Although the check-in call was a bit later than expected, it was clear they were busy working hard on the vehicle and noticed issues that the Toyota Service Centre had overlooked. The price was reasonable
