I was very satisfied with his presentation of my needs. He also made sure the dust or dirt from the fireplace was cleaned up and the fireplace was functioning properly. I would want him to service my fireplace again.
I just signed a $12k contract with them for a new boiler, and words cannot describe how frustrated I am at the moment. A completely new, never-used unit arrived defective due to whatever unknown reason. After confirming multiple times that all parts were available, they removed my old boiler on the first day of installation, and it wasn’t until the evening of day three, right before Thanksgiving, that they told me they needed to order a part.
