I am was very unhappy with the personnel that was sent to my door to do an estimate. His demeanor and attitude were totally wrong for me as a customer. Once, I told him told him at the door that I was only interested in mimi splits. His entire demeanor changed. He informs me that Cyrpus Air currently doesn't do a mini splits at this time. He didn't even step inside. He was caught up that I wasted his time. I am assuming he missed out getting a commission and been some else. My time was also wasted.
