Cypress Wellness Center has been great throughout my therapy experience. The office manager spoke with me during my first phone call and gave me therapist recommendations based on my needs. I was then able to have consults with her recommendations to ensure I was getting the best fit (this was important to me due to past negative experiences with therapy). Made first appt. Parked, read signs that said go upstairs for counseling appointment. Went upstairs and door was locked. I arrived 2 mins before my scheduled appointment. Cameras were everywhere so I assumed a receptionist or someone would see me and let me in. Waited two minutes and nothing. Knocked on the door, waited another minute and then called. I was seeing an intern and she ghosted me. I was doing virtual visits. I logged in to see my next appt because i was scheduling a few months out and all my appts were gone. I said ok maybe she will call/text me but that never happened. Idk if she quit or was let go. She had my phone number and had text me before so I said I'll save some money and she the counselor my work contracts with and pays for.
