Verified Renter I’ve been living here since October 2022 and I’ve had a good experience when it comes to the office people. But when it comes to maintenance coming to fix stuff, it does take a minute, but that’s understandable there’s a lot of buildings, I’m a ver clean person but the only problem that I’ve had while living in my apartment is a mouse, it took me forever to catch it, but it has been caught and I haven’t seen any more sense. Verified Renter I am not renewing my lease because I do not feel safe. My unit has been broken into and my car has been broken into several times. Management hasn’t did anything to improve living conditions. I have been a resident for 3 years
Verified Renter My experience at Cypress Ridge has been really great. The staff has always been really nice and helpful. Any problems I run into are usually quickly resolved. My area is pretty quite and neighbors are friendly.
