The staff of Spring Cypress Dental are very friendly and knowledgeable of the procedures that a patient needs to be performed. They are very accommodating of anyone. The atmosphere of the office appears clean and the procedure areas appears sterile. They emphasize patient comfort with minimal pain as possible.My suggestion to help improve Spring Cypress Dental is to perform more in house procedures, and lessen the feeling of an assembly line towards the patients.
Love Dr. M he goes through every single thing with you if it's not necessary for you to have it done he would let you know .. And he saves you money .. What more can you ask from the dentist
Overall good. Was not informed that after a temporary crown is placed flossing should not be done removing floss upward but instead floss should be slid through and out of the teeth so as not to remove the temporary crown. Patients should be provided post-procedure care instructions.
I've been going here for seven years and have never encountered a rude staff member, dental assistant, or dentist. Nor have I had to wait a long time for my appointment. I highly recommend Spring Cypress Dental for all your dental needs!
