I was very pleased with the patient care. Brenda was very effectively in educatioting me in how to perform proper oral hygiene. Dr Mongri was very kind and gentle during my dental procedure. I am very frustrated because the first thing that was done in the office was a panoramic X-ray. I later received a letter from my insurance company informing me that the X-ray was not a covered benefit. This was not discussed with me prior to X-ray being taken. Dentist was very kind and helpful in understanding what would be best for my children's teeth. Good customer service, which is something very hard to come by in this day and age, was excellent. Made me feel at home.
