I have happily lived here for 2 years with no issues but chose to move because my renewal was $2200. The problem..... I’ve been living at Cypress McKinney Falls for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The apartment complex is well-maintained and has a friendly community vibe. I have to give a special shoutout to the maintenance team, especially both Francisco’s and Raúl. They are incredibly efficient, professional, and always go above and beyond to help with any issues. As a transplant from Rhode Island all the way to Texas and staff here made my My move here as painless as possible the grounds here are absolutely amazing with all the amenities that you can ask for and very affordable. Best bang for your buck.!! So happy with my decision to move here
We have just resigned at these apartments for the 3rd time. The best thing is the management & maintenance: out of all the apartments I have stayed in, they are by far the most attentive & responsive. Romina at the office is always quick to respond & super nice & helpful! Along with that, maintenance requests always get handled within 24 hours & Fransisco is very respectful & always gets things fixed right away.
