Hello, I will talk a little because I do not recommend these apartments. Since we moved in November 2024, we dealt with ants. It was reported many times. They sent pest control, which was useless. It continued to come out. When it was time to renew my contract, we signed it. Just weeks later, scorpions started coming out. That is a cause for concern. The maintenance team is very friendly and responsive. I submitted a maintenance request yesterday, and by the next morning, Francisco came by to assist. He quickly and politely fixed several appliances. I really appreciated his prompt and professional service.

I have happily lived here for 2 years with no issues but chose to move because my renewal was $2200. The problem..... I moved out a month early, then had a family emergency where I needed to fly back to Iran, this was NOT planned and I just needed to stop everything and GO.
