Support staff is disorganized and don't pay attention to detail or know whats even going on around them. This was mostly forgivable because I thought I had a descent doctor. I even recommended them to family. Then I miss an appointment scheduled first thing in the morning due to an unavoidable emergency with a family member a few days ago and today get a certified letter stating I am no longer a patient. Or could it be that my insurance is paid up for the year and they get no more additional $ for co-pays from me only the ne... read more
