Used to be okay but my last experience will be my last experience. I had an appt at 12 and didn’t get help till 2pm ... I already hate the dentist but now more anxiety due to the late service. But during my treatment I guess they got the job done, but I left with battle wounds because they ripped my lip from pulling it way to far...... I would add a photo but it’s that bad. Idk if I will ever go back.
Staff is friendly, Dentist is professional and personable. All of my insurance benefits we’re explained and utilized properly. INTEGRITY is the world I’d use to describe this facility and it’s team of professionals! Thanks for taking care of my dentistry needs, my kids dentistry needs and making it a fun time!! so Thankful I met at network event almost 2 yrs ago and look forward to promoting this facility to my network.
HORRIBLE Customer Service. I have never known office staff to argue so much with customers. The Orthodontists continueously change and each Dr has their own treatment plan which causes longer treatment programs. Because of the rotating docs, my daughter was in braces way longer than necessary. She ended up moving and was not able to continue to complete her appointments here. The new Orthodontist will have her out of her braces within 2 months wehereas this office couldn't give a timeframe. We were told a year ago that she o... read more
very unprofessional istead of imforming the asst spoke " down" to my grandaughter and the Dr didn't acknowledge me or speak one word to me or the patient when entering the room and leaving. Thumbs down all the way!!!! The front desk doesn't know dental termanology???
Dr. George and Trina are amazing!!!! After a HORRIBLE experience at another dentist I came to Cypress Dentistry and Orthodontics and they fixed my broken crown/tooth the same day!!!! I can honestly say the entire staff was friendly, KIND, and truly cared about me! It means so much now days to find that in a business! ❤️ thank you 🙏🏼 guys!!!!
Dr Lee is so gentle and through. Attention to every detail. I would recommend this Dentist and this office to anyone. Great care
