Dentist visit are always smooth and organized. The environment is always clean, and comfortable. Love the team here, and I know my kids love the Netflix while they are there.
Dentist was very kind and helpful in understanding what would be best for my children's teeth. Good customer service, which is something very hard to come by in this day and age, was excellent. Made me feel at home.
I was very pleased with the patient care. Brenda was very effectively in educatioting me in how to perform proper oral hygiene. Dr Mongri was very kind and gentle during my dental procedure. I am very frustrated because the first thing that was done in the office was a panoramic X-ray. I later received a letter from my insurance company informing me that the X-ray was not a covered benefit. This was not discussed with me prior to X-ray being taken. I had a wonderful experience the staff there make you feel so comfortable and they didn't judge you whatever came out your mouth doing a tooth pull. I recommend everyone to Springfield Cypress Dental. Very nice no complains on my end...
Dr Le was so kind and helpful in calming my 4 yr old twins before the exam. I highly recommend this dentist. Thanks to his patience and wonderful warm attitude with my kids, they are not afraid of going to the dentist. Also his staff is great!
In and out quickly, Dr takes the time to explain the procedure and what needs to be done. First time I didn't hate going to the dentist.
