As a business owner, I am the toughest critic of customer service. Cypress Creek Storage is first rate when it comes to their customers needs. More importantly, they beat EVERYONES pricing by offering more for a whole lot less.
I have had storage at this place for 3 years and the staff has been nothing but great. The prices are unbeatable.
Great prices and great service. I rented two climate control units after I sold my house and was waiting for my new one to be completed. The units were brand new, so as expected clean. The climate control building was well lit and the units were easily accessed.
This place is terrible!!. I have been a customer for over 4 years and they keep raising the rates on RV storage but yet they have done no improvments to warrant the price increase. As a result I will be relocating my RV to another storage facility which will be the same price but will offer more. I have know of several others that will be relocating as well.
