My minor child has been admitted at this facility twice in the last 3 years. This is the most unproductive resource you could possibly utilize. Do not look for assistance from this institution. The psychiatrists are unresponsive, and maybe overworked. This is nothing more than a holding facility with no positive outcome. Their billing department is just as bad. They send bills for zero balances and then you end up in collections because you do not know about charges. They are also very unresponsive.

Absolutely one of the most horrible experience, amidst a horrible experience with addiction for my son. Short staffed, no communication with doctors and nurses, very little concern for the patients. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place! Beware

I had a leak in my garage that caused warping from the ceiling to the floor of one garage walls. I submitted a maintenance request and per usual the maintenance team was prompt in addressing the request. They came by to look at the damage and advised the issue would have to be escalated to the builder for repair under the builder’s warranty.
