They told us we could move in by August 1st. We asked if we could move in the 27th of July they said “we’re sure we can make it work” and to this point we still can’t move in it is August 22nd. They said MAYBE we can move in the 2nd of September, I don’t know what is taking so long but we decided to look elsewhere because that is just pathetic.
People shooting that’s why it’s a four star and risk
Management is awesome, and the maintenance team is there when there is an issue
I have been here 5 years. things have really went downhill we haven't had a swimming pool for 3 years the gates haven't worked for 3 years I made my mom over to Mariposa which is the other apartment complex owned by these people two blocks away because it was a safe community at that time her security gates have not worked either for more than 2 years. the girls in the office are great and maintenance is definitely great we have a wonderful courtesy officer.Most of the thing that are gotten. another really isn't a lot that t... read more
People that live on upper levels are very inconsiderate when it comes to quite times at night. They have no empathy if you live on level 1 for your kids or you if you need rest. It’s very annoying to hear little kids running around, making extreme noise even slamming doors past 3:00am. This is a tax government community we don’t all live here on section 8 to be dealing with this problems.
