I brought my boat in on Jan. 6th for repairs it took one week to receive a quote. Once approved zero communication unless I reached out until Jan 27th, with that said I picked up my boat with zero repairs completed and still was charged the full amount of the repairs. I was told multiple times parts could not be located but i was able to locate each part within 15min.
