I had a wonderful experience from beginning to the very end of my appointment. The nurse that checked in and the nurse that rolled me into the room, where the procedure was done, both were exceptionally pleasant and humorous. I loved the conversation with the both of them. I met the doctor and was told by one of the nurses, that she was highly qualified. So my trust was high and I expected nothing but a great experience. Dr. Holzman is so pleasant and easy to understand. We especially like how he interacted with our son and his patient, who has Down Syndrome. While surgery is an option, as it was an unusual situation, he thought that it may not be necessary in this case. He came across as very patient oriented and what was best for the patient. He was easy to understand and extremely pleasant. We felt very comfortable having him as our son's surgeon. I hope Kaiser continues to hire excellent people who are also patient friendly.

Dr Woo was wonderful. She was kind, caring and extremely through. She made me feel so comfortable and asked important questions. In 20+ years of going to Kaiser she may be the best Dr I have had.

The staff reached out to me to schedule my MRI soon after my primary care doctor recommended the procedure. They worked with me to schedule a convenient appointment time and made sure I knew how to find the location and parking at Redwood City Kaiser, which is not where my primary care is located. Then when I arrived, they were waiting for me, and I was in and out in 45 minutes.
