The management is horrible and they care more about themselves and making money rather than their residents’ actual problems. Their mail system is so dysfunctional. They barely have any lockers and they’re always full so the mailmen are forced to leave packages out in the open in the mailroom. “...Let me count the ways.” Let’s begin with the good. The location is wonderful. It’s close to downtown without being in the thick of everything. Today someone tried to enter my condo and stole my plant stand outside my front door. It is a tall wicker plant stand with white flowers. If you see it around Cypress at Trinity Groves its mine and please let me know.
I have had a solid experience here so far. Great views of downtown Dallas. Friendly neighbors and staff. No complaints.
