We worked with Cindy as a buying agent, and from the beginning we never doubted that she had our best interests first. She was always honest about her professional opinion of houses and brought up aspects we may have missed. We never heard a "No" or "Don't buy this", just things to consider. She also explained what she was doing and why very well when it came to paperwork, like the purchase agreement with an addendum for certain fixes needed.
