I started seeing Dr Spellman around the summer of 2014. I began searching for a therapist, particularly a psychiatrist, shortly after marrying my wife. I knew there were areas in my life that I needed to address, in order to give our marriage the best chance of success. I found Dr Spellman, called her, left a message, and soon after she called me back. Talking with her on the phone, even, reassured something in me that my decision to call Dr. Spellman, was a very good decision. A real blessing.
I was helped tremendously by Dr. Spellman and that is why I feel it is a moral imperative for me to say so. Dr. Spellman helped me tremendously with her Focusing therapy and also with a minimum amount of medicine. She truly cares.
Dr. Spellman is a great person and truly a good, kind, and effective Psychiatrist. She helped me greatly and I am grateful to recommend her to you.
Dr. Spellman is an excellent psychiatrist. I was greatly helped and received a lot of insight into my condition. Dr. Spellman"s insight into adjuvant ot alternative treatments is very encouraging and proved helpful indeed.
