I recently saw Cynthia for an acute infection. She exceeded my expectations, by directly communicating with the right specialist and sending a diagnostic image, which allowed the specialist to advise and determine the best course of treatment for me.
I made a physical exam appointment and she barely looked at me and was in a hurry to leave that I had to remind her of my previous concerns. She used to give time to he patients that is why even though I can get a Doctor as a PCP and not a NP, I stayed with her. But this last appointment was very disappointing, so I am changing doctors. That's how bad her performance is. She even said to me
This nurse practitioner is apathetic and uninterested in getting to the root cause of an apparent physical issue with her patients. She is most interested in getting you out of the office as quickly as possible by utilizing useless treatments and exiting the room before you can ask any questions or review all symptoms. Unable to multitask or show empathy. She has an inability to research internally to find that the results she needs, to determine potential illness, are there in her office.
The first time I went in she told me my brain was broken without knowing me. Tried to immediately cut me off Xanax and put me on Lexipro. Been on Xanax for over 10 years. Never been to somebody this incompetent
