I was charged with an unauthorized service. I went just for an injection and was charged with a medical consultation. In the past, with other nurse practitioners, there's no medical consultation but just the administration of the vaccine. Per this NP, she reviewed my medical records without me knowing it before she gave me the injection. I was surprised when I got the bill in the mail.
