I was charged with an unauthorized service. I went just for an injection and was charged with a medical consultation. In the past, with other nurse practitioners, there's no medical consultation but just the administration of the vaccine. Per this NP, she reviewed my medical records without me knowing it before she gave me the injection. I was surprised when I got the bill in the mail. After much searching for a family care practitioner after moving to CA, I was extremely pleased to have found Cynthia Fiacco . She and her staff are absolutely wonderful. She obviously cares about her patients, listens carefully to what you have to tell her and responds accordingly, efficiently and appropriately with what she can do to help, and isn't at all arrogant - very refreshing in this day and age.
