My second visit was at the new NW Hospital Sahuarita. Nice new offices, but unfortunately the same routine for checking in and out. One person behind the desk, answers the phone, makes appointments and checks in patients. This results in unnecessary wait times.

I have been a patient of Dr.Koshkarian for about 6 years now. Without exception both he and his staff are without a doubt both personable and professional. Treatment and explanations are provided in a clear and concise manner with clear explanation(s) provided regarding any future follow-ups. As an added bonus, along with the rest of the staff, both Lona (Dr. K's assistant) and Kellie (DNP) are top notch !!

Explains things thoroughly and in layman's terms with diagrams. Asks and answers all questions. Is very receptive to text messages and answers immediately. Couldn't be a more responsive surgeon. I highly recommend Dr. Hou.

Never diagnosed my problem, even with labs, CT, er visit and egd scope. Kept changing meds with no result.

Mark Lin is a very poor physician. His attitude was deplorable; hostile and condescending. He did not perform an adequate history or physical, and he rushed to judgment and treatment. The office visit ended abruptly and awkwardly whereby he ordered me out of the room and loudly said "That's it"!! Like my problems and questions were offending him in some way. There was absolutely no semblance of caring. He is perhaps the worst physician I have ever encountered in my 71 years of life.

Grant location employees are incompetent. What do you expect from a group when the doctor is also not very good.

He was very attentive during our first appt. He listened to what our concerns were. He came referred to me by another patient who had hip surgery by him.

I would NEVER recommend this doctor, especially for the elderly. Both my parents needed a chest x-Ray because of issues and instead of a referral, he said “go to urgent care.” My dad is 83 and receives an infusion every other week and should never be exposed to an ER or urgent care. I called 3 times and only got the call about going to urgent care. His website says “ I strive to provide honest, trustworthy, kind and compassionate care for patients. My goal is absolute patient satisfaction: to deliver the highest quality of c... read more
