Colonoscopy delayed with IV in arm for 2 hours because he was doing "emergency" at hospital. Wasn't even told until 1 hour after laying in gown w IV. After I yelled at someone walking by. On call with us prepped and 2 days preparing. I left.

Thank you to Dr. Elliott for being so hard working and caring. In just a few sentences she touched a patient's heart and mind and opened a healing door to him. She does great followup and has extensive knowledge. She is what a Primary Care should be.

Dr. Ralph is my elderly mother's primary care physician. It has taken over one month for her to call in refill prescriptions. My mom has to schedule transport to go to the doctor and has been on two occasions trying to get her prescriptions called in. This is something that should be able to be handled over the phone but due to the lack of response from Dr. Ralph and her staff she has to bear the expense of transport and the risk of a fall. Dr Ralph has been nice and listen to our concerns and needs for my 90 yr old father. Her office staff on the other hand is atrocious! Impossible to get a call returned. Even going through the portal gets limited results. A referral was written for my dad for home health pt- the first referral was to a place that doesn’t do home health so MA had to call me back with names of who does do home health. My appointment was rescheduled four days before I was supposed to go in because Dr. Iftikhar went on vacation. The original referral was in October, and now I won't be able to get in until January 31st. I'm not sure if it's poor planning on the doctor's part or if his office staff doesn't now how to keep a schedule, but in my opinion it's unbelievably poor practice to make people wait 4 months to get into a doctor.

If you want to know what a poorly run office feels like, this doctor's office is your place. I’ve been trying to get a well-visit since October. I had not seen Dr. Ralph for an extended time, primarily because of the pandemic. The office person told me that I was no longer her patient. When the clerk offered Christine Munoz, I scheduled. Then I went to see her. Absolutely horrible provider. The office is completely disorganized. Multiple phone calls left about a prescription refill and no phone call back. Only got a refill after 3+ weeks of back and forth calling. Another time showed up for an appointment only to find out they had an all-staff meeting and all appointments canceled. Didn't even bother to call. Another person showed up with the same issue so it's not like I was the only one. Big waste of time.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Ralph. She had something more important during the time of my appointment I had waited 2 months for. She gave me no more than 3 minutes of her time and did not even address 1 of the 3 main concerns I came in for. She did no physical assessment and didn't ask any questions about my ailments. As a result of a televisit I got a referral to do X-rays. It took two days and several phone calls to get it to Radiology Ltd. Results were not conclusive, so I got another referral that also disappeared in the fax Neverland. Dr Ralph's office won't email referrals, you have to pick them up, or they will mail it to you. If you are in pain, and rather not drive - tough luck. It's very difficult to reach them by phone, I also had a bad experience with the patient portal.
