My story:I became a REALTOR "under duress". My husband's Aunt Margie was a REALTOR and for YEARS she tried to convince me to enter the business. Then, she came to stay with me. A week later I received a thank you card which included a check for $1000 and a note stating: Become a REALTOR! Cyndi made the process as easy as possible. Her suggestions to improve the property were practical to us and relevant to buyers. Always in contact, she sold it quickly with excellent advice. We recommend her without qualification.
Cyndi helped me buy my first home - a short sale property. She had to take me through dozens of properties before I found one that seemed like home. And we also worked through a six month short sale process together. Cyndi was very knowledgable about the Cuyahoga Falls area, knew about new houses coming onto the market, and was acquainted with many of the sellers' agents. She was also great about pointing out potential problems with the houses I saw, so I knew what I was getting myself into before I bought.
Cyndi sold us our first home 5 years ago. When it was time to move again we called Cyndi. She helped us find the right price for our listing and was very purposeful in making sure the listing photos were perfect. Our home sold in 16 days. She then helped us find a number of suitable houses until we found the *right* home for us. She helped us navigate through some sticky situations during the closing process as best she could. I had a particularly difficult situation to deal with. She had to deal with an attorney and difficult family members. She did a splendid job managing everything. I couldn't have been more fortunate to have had her handling things. She only asked for necessary information, and she always utilized the information to the fullest.
