My story:I became a REALTOR "under duress". My husband's Aunt Margie was a REALTOR and for YEARS she tried to convince me to enter the business. Then, she came to stay with me. A week later I received a thank you card which included a check for $1000 and a note stating: Become a REALTOR! Cyndi helped me find the exactly the right house for our family. She did a wonderful job negotiating with some sellers that were not using a realtor, but the deal went through and a win-win solution was achieved.

As a first time home buyer, Cyndi was extremely helpful. She was always available, very knowledgeable, and gave us great advice when it came to negotiations. I don't know how we would have done it without her.
Cyndi was great to deal with. We appreciated her expertise on recommendations to get our house ready to be placed on the market. The overall process went very smooth. She was very timely with responses. Would recommend her highly.
Cindi is very professional and knowledgable. She will give you her opinions on what she thinks will best help you sell your house yet she is not at all pushy or controlling. She will promptly return calls including evenings and weekends. Selling a house can be stressful but with an agent like Cindi who has your best interest as her main priority this is kept to a minimum. My house sold faster than anticipated and I ended up exactly where I wanted.
Knowledgable in all areas Was able to walk me through the entire process and kept me up to date on every step through the process. She will be my realtor for my next purchase.
I listed my house in September 2013. It ended up selling as a short sale with the offer in August 2014 within 2 weeks of lowering the price. There were several hurdles along the way to closing (title company going out of business, the holidays, a broken water pipe 2 weeks from closing ) but through it all Cyndi helped make the process a little easier. Although the process took much longer then I would have anticipated, with Cyndi's help and responsiveness we were able to get it closed.
Cyndi helped my wife and I through the entire home buying process! She was extremely helpful, responsive, and never made us feel inferior because we had questions or were buying a home on a smaller budget!
Cyndi has an incredible knowledge of pricing which showed when she hit the sale price of our home dead on and was just the right mix of assertive and supportive with our buying process. I would definitely recommend Cyndi to anyone!
