I’ve debated on posting but feel as a new agent in another state that I feel it’s important that potential clients know my story. We lost out on over $10,000 due to my agent focusing on price per square footage. Original listing price was $249,000. I came to Keller Williams as a 23 year Real Estate Veteran with over a hundred million dollars in closed transactions. I had worked at four other companies and owned two of them. The best day I ever had in real estate was the day that I became part of The Keller Williams Family. This is the most professional, caring and successful company that I've ever seen. The agents are family and work together rather than compete with each other. Keller Williams is absolutely the best of the best in the real estate business.
Ashley Meadows is probably the worst realtor I’ve dealt with and that’s thru another agent. I reached out to the broker Kara Boyd and to date have had no reply. I had to seek an attorney at the 11th hour to get it extended to close and like cheap prostitutes, they dinged me for $500 more at closing. Will never ever buy thru or with Keller Willams Panama City Beach.
