I went in there for the first time with a used bike I had just purchased. The seller told me both tires needed to be replaced. I said that to the gentleman who greeted me and rather than take the opportunity for a sale, he put air in my tires and showed me that everything was perfectly fine as was. I didn’t pay him any money that day, but he earned a customer for life.
Dropped in today for some odds and ends. Found a fantastic multi-tool for the seat bag, rear light as bright as the sun (at least in one mode), one of the best floor pumps on the market, great tire levers, and they helped me pick out a new Garmin. Top notch all around.
Highly recommended! I came in here with an old bike without front brakes. The owner was very helpful in getting me the right parts and even helping me put it partly together and explaining the rest. Very satisfied with the experience.
