Best shop around.
0 customer service. I felt like we were inconveniencing the employee with our question about my husband’s bike. He said what I’ve read in these reviews, is their usual response of having to order a part and it would be weeks. We went to another store and they fixed our bike’s issue in minutes with a smile. Don’t waste your time.
One star is too much. They did not have the part I needed and their elitist attitude was very off putting. I will never attempt to use this shop again; a frustrating waste of time.
