Need to update hours you are open
I spoke with them yesterday about bringing in two of our bikes today, one for a tune & repair one for new tries. They said no problem, that an appointment wasn’t necessary & we could bring our bikes in any time after 11am. I was happy to see that they were open until 8 tonight so loaded our bikes up after work and got to the shop at 7pm with plans to drop off our bikes and grab some dinner nearby. Very professional...great service! Took my granddaughter bike in with a tire problem and gave quick and prompt service. Was in and out in about 20 minutes.
All I can say is "wow". The attitude from the start was bad. First a phone call when the person answered was rude and seemed annoyed by a few questions that I asked. I had to ask if this was the place of business because they talked so fast and they did not have a welcoming voice at all and I couldn't understand him. I had to ask is this the Cycle Haus? Google says they're open in til 5pm on Saturdays. It's 3:43pm on Saturday and they're closed. Pretty annoying.
