I took my wheels to get tires mounted, the rear was mounted wrong so I took it back next day. Waited for about 3 hours at the ********** ** location for them to fix it. Came back home put my tire on, rode the bike for the first time a week later and my rear wheel has a shake now, put the bike on my stand to check what was wrong thinking it could be the chain but my rear wheel is bent. They had to force the new wrongly placed tire out the rim and now they dont want to take any responsibility.
I got ripped off on the purchase of what I expected to be NEW tires for my motorcycle. Went in the store on Cave Creek Road, I purchased a new front and rear tire for my motorcycle. Total came to $391.05 plus $50.00 to put them on my rims. Three weeks after purchasing the seemingly NEW tires I happen to check the *** Date manufacture code stamped on the tires. Don't trust the salesman with the **** *****. Maybe because he saw a woman or a sucker walk into the store. I went in there looking for a bike jacket for my son, because he was going to be picking up his motorcycle from a shop that was 122 miles away and driving on the dangerous HWY 1 35 North at night. I told the salesman that I needed a jacket with high visibility at night, because my son wanted to ride when it was cooler. Well guess what? I rides motorcycles and every time I go to cycle gear I get what I need, my jacket, gloves or even helmet; the staff that work there are always helpful and will take the time to walk around with you and really hope you find what you need"
