Very easy to get a digital gift card! It was really simple and I printed it very easiky.
I placed two orders. One for a Fox motocross helmet and the other for a Fox hoodie. I never received a email confirmation. I called a couple of days later and spoke to someone and still did not get an email. The helmet was delivered to the wrong address but the person thoughtfully brought it to me the next day. The hoodie arrived on time but was much smaller than it was supposed to be and had to be returned. **************** is ok but definitely not great. I think Ill stick to shopping in the store.

I have had a great experience every time I go in. The employees have been kind, helpful and excited to listen to my goals and point me in the correct direction. I have bought several helmets from them and really appreciate the effort to stay within a budget and find a good fit.
Received my entire order, Gerbing 12v heated jacket liner, gloves, pants, socks, battery connection dual and remote controller.Pants liner and socks were order based on the size chart and both were too small. returned and received next size up... pants are much better. very easy return process. Socks are still too small, return in process.I wear a 9.5 size shoe equivalent to large socks. I could not get half of my foot them in the large.
