Follow up - store mgr gave me a call and apologized profusely. Acknowledged that they need to train folks a bit better and that there were staffing issues the second time I was in. Was back there yesterday and everything was very good. Really like their offerings. ————— lousy customer service. have been in a number of times and the staff is hard to find and leaves to do something else very quickly
