Very helpful staff, they care about finding just what you want and will gladly order items not stocked.
It is always fun fellow shipping and networking with fellow bikers. There are fun games, great food and drinks ( that are provided by Cycle Gear), great music and prizes. 1st Tuesday of every month is bike night at cycle gear from 5pm to 8pm. Mark your calender's.
